Step 1
Your Bespoke Enclosure starts with a phone call
Simply pick up the phone and dial 01623 751577 to speak to one of our team today. We can discuss and go through your requirements over the phone and anything from a detailed Engineering Drawing to a rough 2D sketch will suffice for us to provide an official quotation from.
We aim to return all quotes to you within 24 hours of your initial enquiry, more than likely even on the same day as the enquiry.
Our site in the East Midlands makes us ideally placed to serve our customers across the UK and Ireland. We are always happy to come over and visit you to see how we could possibly assist, and you are always more than welcome to visit us if you would like to see our operation in action for yourself.
Step 2
Practical Design Solutions for your Custom Enclosure
Amber Panels provides a complete design service from start to finish, if you need a custom Enclosure to fit Electrical Components, we can design it to your exact specifications and requirements.
Our experienced designers are experts in interpreting your sketches to create practical solutions for your needs. The team can reverse-engineer your outline drawings to produce innovative technical drawings that meet your approval.

Step 3
Your order is manufactured in our onsite factory
Our onsite factory is set up uniquely and specifically for Panel Fabrication meaning we can turnaround your orders quickly and produce quality products of the highest standard at very competitive prices.
All processes involved in the manufacturing of your order are carried out in our onsite factory using state-of-the-art technology. This helps to reduce our lead times and ensures strict Quality Control throughout all processes.
Once the cutting and punching of your order is complete it is then press formed to precision on our latest tech Amada Press Brakes ready for fabrication.
All orders are manufactured in accordance with the latest BS EN 61439-2 standards.
Step 4
Time for the finishing and completion of your order
After fabrication is complete, your Custom-Built Enclosure is then ready to be painted in our brand-new modern Power-Coating facility to any specific required RAL/ BS paint code, we stock over 400 different Powders, so all bases are pretty much covered!
Finally, your Custom-Built Enclosure is then assembled by our skilled and experienced assembly team with all the necessary locks, hinges and rubber seals fitted to the required specifications ready for final QC.
Step 5
Your Amber Panels order is delivered but it doesn’t end there…
Strict Quality Control Procedures are in place to ensure your Enclosure is manufactured to the highest possible standard; our QC Inspectors do final checks before your order is dispatched from our factory; nothing leaves without the Amber Panels seal of approval!
Amber Panels commitment to quality doesn’t end at the factory gate. We have our own delivery vehicles to ensure that all your products arrive with you in the same excellent condition as they would be before they leave our factory.
